Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Victorian South Suffolk Society accepts returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and in its original packaging
• In the same condition as you received it
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Not expired or within 6 months of expiration date

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or partially used products
• Products that have been mixed with other substances
• Custom or specially ordered products
• Products past their expiration date
• Items showing signs of damage or tampering

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@victoriansouthsuffolksociety.com or call +1 416 273 1975
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
4. Package the item securely with all original packaging
5. Include the RAN on the outside of the package
6. Ship the item to:

   Canada

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

• The product was received damaged
• We shipped an incorrect product
• The product is being recalled

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• We will inspect the product within 2 business days
• You will receive an email notification about the status of your refund
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
• Store credit is available immediately upon approval

6. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product:

1. Document the damage with photos
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3. Keep all original packaging
4. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
5. A replacement will be shipped once the damaged item is received

7. Exchange Policy

We offer direct exchanges for:

• Different size or quantity of the same product
• Alternative products of equal value
• Damaged or defective items

8. Special Circumstances
